“We stayed at the Diana Park Hotel for 4 nights in December.
The Hotel has a great location, being only a 10 to 15 minute walk
from the centre, and even better there is a bus that runs about
every 15 minutes outside the hotel door to bring you in to the area
of the Duomo on the days we just didn’t feel like walking.
The staff were great, wonderfully accommodating and helped us to
reserve tickets to see David, a highlight of the trip! Probably
the most appealing thing for us was that they have private parking
in their own little courtyard, which meant we didn’t have
to worry about our hire car, really great service. The one negative
aspect we felt was that we were originally located near the front
of the hotel by the reception, which was noisy our first night.
However the staff were completely understanding and helpful and
had our room changed at no extra cost and even brought our bags
to the room for us. Fantastic stay, defiantly recommend it!”

“The Diana Park Hotel is a charming 4 Star Hotel set just
outside the centre of Florence. The staff are extremely helpful
and assisted us in organising, reserving and planning everything
we asked for within Florence itself and even gave us some fantastic
suggestions of where to visit in Tuscany. The rooms are elegantly
furnished with a homey feel to them. This is a superbly run hotel
and I shall certainly be returning here for my next visit to Florence.”

“During a recent business trip to Florence I stayed at the
Diana Park Hotel. This was the ideal location for me as most of
my dealings were in the nearby Congress centre. The staff were courteous,
and accommodating in helping me to organise a whirlwind tour of
the city in between my working hours. The hotel has a wonderfully
relaxing atmosphere where I was able to chill out and enjoy the
Jacuzzi, which I was surprised to find in my room. I have no qualms
about recommending this hotel, though a word of warning, if you
are driving into the city and you come across road works, be prepared
to get lost which navigating the one way systems of the city. Overall
though, fantastic stay and perfect for my needs.”
